Driver of 671 bus Refused my kids to get on the bus and they had to get off as they didn't have .50c on them even though I have paid to have a bus card which still haven't received. My daughter did have the receipt in her bag. He didn't ask if they had a bus card just the money. Spoke with Julie her response was even worse stood by the driver and stated they don't have any responsibility of care leaving the kids at school. Terrible company to deal with. Zero care.
