An awful experience from start to finish with this company. The defining features of my dealings with Rose Satterfield have been a complete and utter lack of communication in most instances, and when communication has been provided it has been so minimal and inadequate, it has proven completely unhelpful. I submitted all of my tax documents to Rose on February 16th.
