I would give them a 0 if I could. The auto attendant is terrible and you get into a constant loop. Once I got ahold of an actual human (presuming this is Ruth) she rudely told me they weren't accepting any new clients....please remove them from Google this is a waste of someone's time.
They do great work friendly staff been using them for many many years very reasonable..
An awful experience from start to finish with this company. The defining features of my dealings with Rose Satterfield have been a complete and utter lack of communication in most instances, and when communication has been provided it has been so minimal and inadequate, it has proven completely unhelpful.
