We couldn't be happier with the way Cassandra managed our conveyancing for the sale of our old house and concurrent settlement on our new home. She managed every last detail with apparent ease. When our removalist arrived 3.5 hours late, putting settlement at risk, Cassandra liaised with all parties and simply delayed settlement for 1.5 hours. Cassandra acted for us in the sale of our property and we couldn’t fault her. We have used Stewart Burr and Mayr lawyers once before and were very happy with their service, (Karen assisted us before, she’s FANTASTIC!) . We found them to be friendly and approachable (which you don’t always get). We had a few questions and were never made to feel like an inconvenience. All communications were clear and prompt.
