They have a nurse practitioner working at this Boardman location. You go for a dot exam and bring all of your letters from your doctor's stating you are discharged and able to go back to work and they will not accept your letters from your doctors. I guess the nurse practitioner knows more then my doctors. This was unbelievable.
The most disgusting place ever the staff their have really nasty attitudes it smells of nothing but urine the bathroom room is just as bad they gave me a filthy pen to use I ended up wrapping it in paper towel to use it if I had time to go else where I would of left its just a GROSS place
