I started shopping here and now will no longer. Today I returned an item they stocked that I purchased over a week ago. I had my receipt and had to see a gentleman by the name of Ron who asked me why I was returning and explained why. He said you understand this is subject to a 15% restocking charge. The receipt says may be subject to which I pointed out and asked him if he was going to exercise that right. In which he said yes he was. I was in a rush to get a Marine chart, call Steveston Marine Langley store. Keety from the store track down that chart at their Vancouver store, order it so that I can pick up from Langley store rather than driving to Vancouver store. She was very helpful, put a rush to get it shipped to Langley store in two days. Great service. I shop at Langley store, their staff are fantastic, very knowledgeable. Highly recommended to shop at Steveston Marine stores.

I ordered a bbq for pick up in store. Did a major detour to get there only to find out they ordered the wrong one. Store is hard to find which is a good thing. Not my first bad experience with Steveston. The only reason you still are in business is because West Marine has left Canada. Juts buy somewhere else.
