Id like to say thank you to this company. Quick response and dispatch lady was extremely nice. They got to me and my truck pretty quickly and got it to my mechanic in Fairfield ohio. Thank you very much
Guy just left my house and he was so kind after another company came out first and bailed on me because he tried to tow the wrong car and when I came out and told him he freaked out on ME for I guess stopping him from towing the wrong car. But Steve's towing picked up the tow after they bailed on me and I am glad they did. The driver was friendly and understanding, and ya know, called and spoke to me and confirmed the correct car before trying to tow it like they should. lol. Towed our truck with no signs. Contract with Laynecrest Plaza and there is 1 sign until you are exiting the parking lot. Which is ridiculous.. Small claims and time is more than the cost.. But wanted to give a heads up!!
