Chastity completed our tax return for 2022 & 2023. In 2023 she realized she made an error, which gave us a refund we were not supposed to get. The error was a discrepancy of $5000 that we owed to the IRS for 2022. That year we received a refund of $6000 due to her error. She stated over the phone that it was her error and would pay the bill taking responsibility.
