(We are located in back of the shopping center, behind Burlington Coat Factory and next to Alamo Movie Theater) In 2007 an old "shoe dog", his wife, and son opened SAS Shoes Yonkers a family owned and operated SAS Store. Great salesmanship from Steve and Oscar.
I found Steve's Shoes by accident while searching everywhere online for a pair of shoes in my size. I ordered a pair of shoes in size W, the only available, and they were promptly shipped and delivered but were indeed too wide. I returned the pair I had via mail at no cost and asked the store if they could order my size in Medium from a vendor, as I really wanted these shoes. The customer service is nice. The older man and young gentleman were patient with many customers coming in and out. A lot of elderly folks, many with walking sticks. It is really for comfort but they have some nice styles. Came because they are the only location that actually carries certain brands. The gentlemen were kind and experienced. Felt like a homey mom and pop kind of place.
the people here are so nice, helpful and really care about the customers foot health.
