Very rude receptionist. They think they own you, dispatch is a joke. Treat you like your stupid!!! Happily took their decals off my truck.. I’ve driven truck for 30 years and never had ppl treat me like they did.
Granted, this review is based on only one driver. I tried to call and complain, but ended up getting cut off. Which is ironic, because that’s what driver in unit 1466 did. Pulled a U-turn in the middle of a busy highway, which caused all traffic to stop, and when I honked at him, he decided to flip me off. You need to do better with your hiring.
Driver's never follow speed limits. Had a driver tailgating me in incredibly icy conditions (02/04/2025 at 8:40am on Stony Trail North near Glenmore exit). Maybe this company should actually care about safety considering a cattle truck rolled over in Calgary recently and all the cattle died.
