The positive reviews must be fake. My cbd tincture was rancid. I inquired about a return and they denied it. $80 wasted. Steve also refuses to remove me from their email list. No matter how many times i unsubscribe, i get a new email everyday. Skip Steve's garbage product and get Green Roads. They guarantee their product and it's top notch. Green Roads is great. Steve's is literally trash, as in, i had to throw it away as soon as i tried it. Get Green Roads, skip Steve's. Horrible. 0 stars. Scammer.

Vape leaked, contacted company and they said they would speak with Steve. Took a month but they shipped me a new vape. Good customer service but a little slow.
I REALLY hate leaving bad reviews on local businesses, but I am writing hoping it catches someone's attention at the company. I received CBD oil in the mail that was supposedly sealed but completely empty. I have messaged support three times, called, visited the store (which is never open). Nothing. What on earth is going on? I am just out the money I guess, with no recourse.
