Vape leaked, contacted company and they said they would speak with Steve. Took a month but they shipped me a new vape. Good customer service but a little slow.
I REALLY hate leaving bad reviews on local businesses, but I am writing hoping it catches someone's attention at the company. I received CBD oil in the mail that was supposedly sealed but completely empty. I have messaged support three times, called, visited the store (which is never open). Nothing. What on earth is going on? I am just out the money I guess, with no recourse. Very disappointed with customer service. There is no one you can actually talk to, just a chat on the website. They claim it’ll take 2-3 days for the order to be shipped but it’s been a week and my order is just sitting there. Only update is that a label has been made and that was 2 days ago. Very upsetting.
