I've been using Steve's for years now mostly because of the convenience of the location. But they also do a great job, they explain what needs to be done and call me if additional work "should" be done. Frank is always very nice and very helpful. He's good at explaining extra work that either should be done or they issues they found while repairing what I brought it in for. As long as I live in this area, I'll continue to take my car to Steve's. Erica is also very nice and helpful.
