First class service all the staff excellent
My wife and myself bought 2 £800 chairs from Stevensons and after 5 months one of the chairs wasn't wearing well. Went into shop to report this and they sent someone to check it, we were told it was a problem with the foam in the seat cushion which they got sorted but a further 4 months on the chair is the same again. Unfortunately because my wife is going through a lot of medical issues I have not been able to get into the shop, I have rang a couple of times but not got through. We have picked up and spent quite alot of money here and across the road at the bedroom center over the years. Really nice stuff and plenty of selection
Excellent service from chloe she's so helpful, friendly and patient with my wife's decision making regards the mattress
We popped into Stevensons over the weekend we saw a wardrobe we really liked . Chloe served us and gave us all the options and prices of different combinations she wrote them all down so we could take Them away and have a think .we was back the next day to place the order with Chloe who was very friendly and Knowledgeable about the product Thankyou for your help we look forward to delivery
