My personal opinion, you guys should be paying like eighty percent of the load for lease purchase, I applied with you guys a while back. I won't do it again. I had a bad experience with one of the recruiters. But my personal opinion, there's a lot of drivers. We'll like it if you do percentage. It's a lot more easier on the drivers. You don't have to constantly run miles and work your butt off.You can relax while you're driving

I can't speak about the operations side but whoever is hiring the drivers in Oklahoma is not doing a good job testing their skills. I meant to write this the other day but a Steven's Driver backed into another parked freightliner at Love's with his trailer. He got out and looked, he raised his hands up almost as if it was the other truck's fault but nobody was inside that truck and it was parked in a legal parking spot. One of their truck drivers, recklessly was swerving through traffic, not using their turn signal and cutting off multiple cars without looking. I wouldn't recommend working with employees so reckless and dangerous. Turned me off to the entire company. Plate : 3HZ225

Zero Stars Went to an orientation they have policies that they feel they can take money out of an employee's pay for anything other than their benefits and they do. They have a great scam stealing from their drivers probably makes them millions. If you currently drive there and they take money turn them into the US department of Labor and get your money back. Taking money out of an employee's pay for anything other than their benefits is actually criminal under US federal labor laws working under a W-2. Still haven't receive... read more
