tldr: Great business, honest and kind folks - big shoutout to Casey. SPSS/Casey handled my lost ski situation for me instead of simply charging me the day I lost it. The customer empathy/attention is greatly appreciated I rented from SPSS a few weeks ago and had a great time renting/skiing. Towards the end, I unfortunately had a wicked fall that sent one of my skis down the mountain.
