An unjustifiable injunction but a serious matter for stalking domestic violence was filed against my son by a neighbor, it was a complicated situation, complexity was overwhelming- it was outright scary but Mr. Stevens explained everything in detail to us and made the process a better learning experience. Mr. Stevens recently represented me in a Motion to Early Terminate Probation and a Motion to Travel. My original Attorney was recently appointed to become a judge in a different county so he could no longer represent me on my case. Most Attorney’s wouldn’t actually represent on these motions since they were not the original Attorney on my case, however, Mr. Stevens didn’t hesitate to represent me.
