My Hunter Douglas roller shade stopped working. I figured it might be a battery issue so I replaced them. Still not working so I presumed it was the motor. Some google searches led me to William at Steven's Creek Decor. After some conversation with William it was decided that I would take the shade to his store. Thanks William for your expertise; from choosing the fabrics, the hardware, and all the way through to the installation. Just love how the curtains fall and how much the fabric and hardware enhance the rooms decor. The curtains give us just the right amount of light, while still providing the privacy that we were looking for. Plus there is the added bonus of keeping the rooms cooler. I found Stevens Creek through a Facebook Group search for shutters. I am glad I did as we had a great experience for shutters and installation. We had shutters done throughout the whole house, including on top of a circular stairway, and a patio french door with lever handles. Will is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with—he clearly knows his stuff. He was professional throughout the whole process but also really easy to talk to—very personable. We recently used Stevens Creek Decor Centre for a new blind for our bathroom. Great, friendly service. Will definitely be calling on them again as we replace other blinds in our house. Highly recommend!
