Made us up a window of PVC shutters, pleated shade, horizontal PVC blinds which are all still functioning beautifully. The owner is a delight to work with. Highly recommend this company
After all the good reviews I was really interested to do business. Dropped into the store and was helped by the staff and made a tentative selection. Next step was a home consultation and that’s basically when nothing further happened, I was made some promises but nothing materialized. May be because I only wanted two blinds and I now live in Manotick, you should have said and I would totally have understood and not now writing this review. I ended up still buying Hunter Douglas but through Costco.
My Hunter Douglas roller shade stopped working. I figured it might be a battery issue so I replaced them. Still not working so I presumed it was the motor. Some google searches led me to William at Steven's Creek Decor. After some conversation with William it was decided that I would take the shade to his store. William soon discovered that I had installed the batteries incorrectly. The shade was put back together and full setup and tested. William refused any payment !! Thanks William for your expertise; from choosing the fabrics, the hardware, and all the way through to the installation. Just love how the curtains fall and how much the fabric and hardware enhance the rooms decor. The curtains give us just the right amount of light, while still providing the privacy that we were looking for. Plus there is the added bonus of keeping the rooms cooler. I found Stevens Creek through a Facebook Group search for shutters. I am glad I did as we had a great experience for shutters and installation. We had shutters done throughout the whole house, including on top of a circular stairway, and a patio french door with lever handles. Will is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with—he clearly knows his stuff. He was professional throughout the whole process but also really easy to talk to—very personable.
