These guys have no clue how to do an appraisal! Hopefully will elect an a assessor that actually works for the people, instead of himself. In a new development, the assessor is attempting to raise your site improvements (power, water septic) by almost 100%. It’s time for these folks to be removed!
I have had the pleasure to own several pieces of property in Stevens County and have nothing but good to say about how the Assessor's office personnel have always been a big help. GREAT JOB!!
