Not Into Customer Service I visited the store on a Sunday afternoon. They were moderately busy. I looked at helmets & tire pumps (touching them & picking them up). After waiting for 5 minutes, waiting for an available salesperson (and they were available!), I decided that they didn't want my business and I walked out.
Good, but expensive. I bought my first "grown up" bicycle here... pricey! They have a great selection and great service plans. The service is second to none, and the guys are so knowledgeable. You pay for it though, that's for sure!
Good place for tune-ups and repairs. Steven's is a good place for tune-ups and repairs on bicycles you already own. I don't know that I would recommend them for a new purchase. I took my bike in to have the rear tire replaced. The work was done right and on time.
