Steve is a wonderful and deeply caring human being. He is certainly a very capable attorney. He is generous to a fault with his time, which may be why a couple of reviews criticized his slow response to their inquiry. He’s a solo practitioner and has had difficulty keeping secretaries and paralegals on staff, due to the ongoing labor shortage. Just called to inquire as a new possible client had an eyeopening experience I thought I would share for all of you researching the best representation for yourself, as Steven answered the phone. First off I can't imagine the catastrophe that is that office as he himself answered the phone and not an assistant or secretary. However I digress he answered the phone with the same energy as a cat getting a bath- aggressive & unhinged. After several recommendations Ive emailed and called at least ten times, with zero response. Either they're closed or they're going to be.
