I cannot recommend Steven and Sara enough! They are truly the best team! As an agent, it is critical that buyers have a lender that is communicative, prompt with problem solving skills, and knowledgeable about unique programs that others may not be aware of. Steven was great to work with. As a first time homebuyer, my wife and I are so thankful that Steven was the loan officer we worked with. He communicated great, and it was always easy to get ahold of him. I felt like we always knew what was going on and what was needed from us all the way from the initial meeting, to pre approval, and then to closing on the house. He was fantastic, and he truly cares for his clients.
