Steven Wetter is the used car sales man of attorneys. I was charged with my second DUI outside of 5 years, no breath test, no blood test, no urine test. There was also no audio or video from the officers, purely subjective evidence. The second charge was 2nd refusal to submit to breath test after license suspension in which the statute clearly states the officer MUST inform you that not only will your license be suspended again but also result in a misdemeanor charge.
