I am using a tax attorney to amend my previous years' tax returns. He has identified a few mistakes when I used Gordon CPA. 1. I did not claim the premiums for my own (secondary) health insurance. Gordon CPC did not catch this. 2. Gordon CPC advised me that I could not claim expenses for a home business with zero income that year.
