We ordered a couch from Steven Shell at the end of March and were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks for it to arrive. After 10 weeks passed with no update, we called for a status. No one seemed to know where our couch was — they just kept repeating that their system showed an 8 to 10 week lead time. The selection at this furniture is very good, albeit pricey. The quality is good. Salesperson Geri is very knowledgeable.
I have purchased a few items over the seven years I have lived here. Everything and everyone are amazing. I always find what I need and the folks are so helpful.
