“This is the second time I visit the store, and despite everything being very beautiful and of great quality, the staff working there have little love for the store and the customers. They don’t even greet you and ignore every customer who came in after me. It’s no surprise that sales are low. They need people with more empathy and customer service. I left and bought my furniture at Bassett, Raleigh, where everything is different. I don’t recommend that insignificant store to anyone.”
