This physician works for Core which is an awful National company. I had submitted my insurance cards to them on four separate occasions. 4pm day before my surgery I am told I have to cancel unless I self pay or else pay an additional $4500 because no one submitted my insurance! I gave my insurance during my initial appointment, twice by email, and a phone call reminder earlier in the week.
