Steve was consistently patient with all of my numerous questions through the home financing process, and thorough in the answers and explanations he provided. Most of my interactions with Steve had to be conducted long-distance over the phone, but he helped make this a smooth process and I was really pleased to finally meet him in person at my closing! Quoted me a 10% interest rate with almost 4 points of fees and said it would take almost 60 days to close!! Crazy what these guys think they can get away with no thanks
