Steve was fantastic to work with! He took my more complex finance situation in stride and worked hard to identify various mortgage options for me, and also communicated them in a very digestible way so that I could make an informed decision. He was very helpful in addressing any questions or concerns I had, and he was also very friendly and easy to talk to! Had a great time working with him and I am very happy with the outcome of that process. Could not recommend him enough!
I have worked with several Mortgage Advisors in the past but Steven Roach exceeded everybody's efforts - he is simply the best! He is credible, trustworthy, detailed and client-focused. I had so many questions about the loan application and he explained the processes methodically and to my satisfaction. Steven is excellent to work with! He's seen us go thru the ups and downs of finding a home and always been encouraging and kept intouch over the years. We finally found a home and am so grateful to him for keeping us informed along the bumpy way, and his excellent knowledge of the home buying process.
Steve was consistently patient with all of my numerous questions through the home financing process, and thorough in the answers and explanations he provided. Most of my interactions with Steve had to be conducted long-distance over the phone, but he helped make this a smooth process and I was really pleased to finally meet him in person at my closing! I would definitely work with him again if the need were to arise.
