After being told I’d receive a call back 3 days in a row (and not receiving one), I was finally able to get in contact with Mr. Gross. He rudely let me know he wouldn’t be interested. I think respectfully saying no would have been fine enough, but Mr. Gross has apparently lost common decency and manners when dealing with the public. Likely dodged a bullet but highly advise any potential clients to take note of the poor reviews you see here. Don’t hire an attorney with an attitude.
Typical for San Antonio. If it's not easy. They are not interested. I was willing to pay for services. Military family here looking for help. I left message, his secretary called back and said The Attorney wouldn't be interested. What a chicken S.... reply / response.
