This individual was the opposing consul during my international child abduction case (Smith vs Karanja). And its amazes me he chose to represent his client for which he has limited experience in immigration, much less exposure to international child custody issues. Generally, under international child custody, two parents with equal custody rights over a child, the consent of both parents is generally necessary in order for a child to be removed from the home country.
