I purchased my home and 80 acres of property and there are two roads that cross my property and no easements in place. I contacted the attorney who did the legal work for the title company to see what was going on? I was originally told only 5-6 people used the road to get to there camp. The number is more like 22-30 people cross my property to get to there camp or home and none of them have an easement on file.
