I naively hired this attorney to represent the best interests of my minor child as the guardian ad litem during a child custody case. From the very start as my child's GAL Mr. Wolkin repeatedly missed scheduled appointments. He also attempted a home visit on the wrong day. When asked to recuse himself of this appointment he became bellicose and exhibited incredulousness when his professionalism was questioned by my attorneys.
