Very Rude secretary! I was trying to ask questions to see if I was going about an issue the right way and the lady on the phone just kept correcting me over and over!!!! Then when I heard a bunch of background noise I told her, “ Ma’am , I can’t hear you let me get you off my Bluetooth in my car”. She then told me I was being rude!!!
