I strongly advise anyone appearing before this court to consider obtaining legal representation. In my experience, the judge appeared to have a close familiarity with many of the landlords, addressing them on a first-name basis, which raised concerns about impartiality. Despite presenting what I believed to be substantial evidence, I was not given a fair opportunity to have it properly reviewed or considered. Very Rude secretary! I was trying to ask questions to see if I was going about an issue the right way and the lady on the phone just kept correcting me over and over!!!! Then when I heard a bunch of background noise I told her, “ Ma’am , I can’t hear you let me get you off my Bluetooth in my car”. She then told me I was being rude!!! So I drove up to the office and ask if it was possible to ask my questions in person as I was trying to navigate A new situation I have been placed in.
