I am happy with the onboard luggage case but I did not receive the luggage tag. Tried to email but no reply as yet. It says their email is full!
Like another customer I only recieved one of the two items that I purchased with total price being £115. I have tried 5 times to phone the number provided but that just cuts off and i have sent an email. Sadly customer service is awful and I may have to refer this to my credit card providers.
Lovely colourful canvases, i have bought 5 so far but plan on buying more, I would highly recommend these quality prints.
Products don't last very long, bought a chopping board, plastic feet all fallen off and sticker on the back is degrading rapidly. Very disappointed with the quality. Followed the wipe clean only instructions. Had for about 1 year before it started falling apart. Very overpriced for time it's lasted
I wish it could be no stars. After ordering some beautiful items in the past which were of good quality we ordered the blanket, it is so thin and of very poor quality. I feel the canvas bag I have from them is thicker than the blanket! There is also next to no customer service, can't get anyone on the phone and their returns policy isn't great.
