Doctor Steven Carter is a very nice doctor and I have nothing to say but kind words about this doctor & the office staff. I go every year to this doctor for my CDL physical and the office staff are very fast at getting me in and out and getting my paper worked faxed to Frankfort. I also had my ex-boyfriend to go to him for very bad back pain and he was able to give him some relief the first visited & he was well after a few times of going back for follow ups. I have gone to Dr Carter for my CDL A medical certification for almost a decade. Also on occasion, I have needed Dr Carter's professional services for when my back has acted up, or my sciatic nerve has kept me from working. I will be a customer and patient for as long as he's in business.
