I engaged Carmina, Sr. two years ago. He has completed my returns twice and "managed" an audit assessment from my 2019 returns advising me not to pay. That issue was unresolved for 8 months. The audit was correct and I paid. Carmina agreed by phone to compensate me for accrued interest plus his fee for "resolving" the issue.
