My son had his first lesson with the Steve Wallen Swim School today. I would normally wait and watch before leaving a review. I couldn't wait. I am pretty sure my son learned more in one lesson at this school than 10 lessons at the swim school we used last year. I signed up for an extra month on the the spot. I am excited to see how much he improves over the next few months.
Swim lessons are the highlight of my child's week because all the swim instructors are so well trained and positively encourage the kids!
Steve Wallen swim school is a MUST! I discovered this school online one day while searching for swim lessons for my 3 and 5 year old. When they first started at Steve Wallen they would not get near water! I enrolled my two children (one with autism) in lessons here and we loved the experience. The facility is clean and has adequate space for changing in and out of swim suits. My children were instantly comfortable with their instructor, who was very knowledgeable. Both my kids showed improvement within a few lessons, and their confidence in the water has grown to the point they are no longer using any floatation device in the pool this summer. Awesome to sum up in one word! Teachers are well trained and are always motivating little ones to try harder and push their limits. Both my son and daughter have gained much confidence being in the water and have made great progress since we started. I recommend to all my friends to enroll in SWSS. We used to go to the EDH location but since we moved to Rocklin I missed them. I was super excited when I heard they are opening a branch in Roseville and now thrilled to have my kids continue with SWSS.
I love this place. Always very friendly when I walk in and sign in, they know my daughters name. We’ve been going since my daughter was 3 months and she’ll be 11 months next weekend. Great staff!
This swim school is wonderful! The pool is perfectly designed for swim lessons! The staff are so friendly and nice and you really get your money’s worth! Miss a class, no problem! They allow make ups! Amazing! The group lessons are great, they do such a great job of teaching each child at their own level! Highly recommend!!!
The instructors are great. Both my kids (3 and 6) love it. They were both very uneasy in the water without their life jackets and hated getting their faces wet. They are now finding confidence in the water and are becoming much better swimmers. It is really amazing to watch them progress.
