Steve was constantly there for support and advice throughout the entire journey, he made a famously frustrating and difficult process feel very manageable and we felt supported through out, whether it be evening or the weekend Steve was an ever constant for us, he was extremely active with us, he didn’t just sit back and react to us, he initiated steps and he made progress happen. We could not recommend Steve enough.
