However I do want to warn other small businesses so they can avoid what I am currently going through. It was our first year using them and they made the whole process stress free if you have a question they will answer. We had personal and business tax’s and like I said they took care of us. We moved out of Yakmia but we will use them again next year! Thank you again soelberg for your help. Anyone considering them it’s a great choice.
My initial work with SDA was positive however we were surprise billed for the PPP loan service when we were told that it would be part of the ongoing service. Not only that when we attempted to discuss this with the staff here we received zero response or attempts to explain or discuss the billing. I've got multiple emails showing my requests for a discussion which were repeatedly ignored.
