My experience with this company was rather disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, and I had to initiate every conversation. After nearly a week with no updates, I finally called only to hear "You were on my list of calls for today, lets go over your application" as if nothing had been done. Extremely professional, knowledgeable, and down to Earth. I felt heard when I had questions or concerns and confident in the decisions I made based on the wisdom Steve and his team provided me.
