I got a will/trust from this company 5 years ago they are super hard to get a hold of all I needed to know was if there was a fee to do modifications and then also have my mom do a will also and a friend so I have multiple people Interested and you can’t get a hold of anyone that knows anything. The front desk lady whoever answered was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to if you do the contact me or email no one gets back to you it’s been a week apparently they don’t need the business. NEVER deal with this attorney, nothing but a waste of time and resources, NO EXPERTISE, NO he will never stay in contact,you will have hunt him down through multiple avenues which all to lead back to NO effort put in by Steven Rausch. I've already posted a complaint to the Idaho bar association against him . DO NOT GIVE THIS ATTORNEY MONEY!! Hope this helps more than he helped me!!
