Kim is excellent. I came in for a chronic hamstring issue and he discovered my lower back was actually twisted! I had no idea... This had probably been the case for years without me realizing. He did some acupuncture and mobilizations and I felt the best I had in years. Finally making recovery and getting to dance with no fear again!

I loved my experience at the people's acu. Kim Soo is a great practitioner and teacher. He taught me Tui na and other modalities that helped me managed my pain. He is very patient and thorough. He will breakdown exercises into easier to achieve tasks. I also received acupuncture treatment. Kim made sure I received the treatment that works for my ailment. He also suggested a serie of exercises to facilitate the recovery process.

The People’s ACU has been so helpful to my body’s healing, both during sessions, and after. They tailor your session to what you need for your body, and are helpful with providing tips and exercises to continue to adjust alignment, strengthen, relieve pain, and find calm. Recommend!

I went in for support with my migraines and neck tension and left with a host of knowledge on how to care for my body better! While acupuncture is the focus here, healing isn’t only limited to that practices. The environment, care, support, and accessibility of resources all contributed to my healing. I scheduled weekly acupuncture sessions for 6 months and felt like a had a new body by the end of my sessions!

People's ACU was an incredible experience. They provide some of the most thoughtful / compassionate care I've received in any therapeutic capacity. I initially went for acupuncture for a sports related injury over 15 years ago and was an instant convert to the power of acupuncture therapy. I was diagnosed with 2 'shifted ribs' and was told I would need 2 sessions to treat my pain which had been prevalent for a month. After the first session I was relieved of about 85% of my pain and was given thorough stretches and technique... read more
