He is a good listener and quickly assesses my needs and has always provided the best quality mortgage advice, always putting my requirements first rather than trying to sell a particular product. Steve and his team are hands down the best mortgage brokers - always honest, extremely organised and efficient and always go above and beyond to get their clients the best deals. Cannot recommend them enough especially if you’re freelance where the world of mortgages can be so confusing and difficult - Steve has done every mortgage and remortgage I’ve ever had since buying my first property and would never use anyone else as a broker or for advice.

We've been using Steve Mears for ten years now, both for personal and buy to let mortgages. They are very responsive and they'll always suggest mortgages that are best for the customer, not for them! I'd highly recommend at least giving them a call and see if they can offer a competitive product. I also find their rates are very competitive so it's a no brainer for us.

I am a first time buyer with my partner and was recommended Steve Mears by my parents who have used Steve for all of their properties. Steve has been so accommodating and considerate and listened to our needs at all points of the process.
