I want to take a moment to recognize Kareem, a manager at this location. I rarely write reviews, but this 5-star rating is for him only.. not the store itself. Kareem went above and beyond for me not once, but twice. Thanks Kareem for creating an awesome experience.
Love the customer service. Very attentive and helpful.
The staff in the store was helpful and attentive. They didn't have the size shoe I needed so they ordered the shoes to be shipped to me. ETA 3-5 business days. After 3 weeks, Fedex has not received the package from them. I called asking for an update. They said they'd call back and they never did. I called a week later and they refunded my order.

One of the best Steve Madden locations I’ve visited! The customer service here is excellent, and the employees are always friendly, professional, and very helpful. The store is well-organized, making it easy to find what you’re looking for. Overall, a great shopping experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!
