Steve and his team made the process straightforward - Yes a mortgage process with no surprises. When the team needed something from me, I could usually provide what they needed within an afternoon. I did everything from my PC. I think that the team moved heaven and earth behind the scenes to make the closing date that I needed. The did so very professionally and with fantastic customer service.
Did a Refinance and waited until all the process has closed prior to writing this review. The good are: They were very responsive 100% of the time to any question I had, got me a good interest rate, meet all verbally promised loan details that were discussed before closing (even a couple that they were not 100% sure they would get) and did the entire process in around 45 days.
