Charged a high price for work, but ran title quickly. Quoted one price in writing by Steve Hunter through email and then up charged an extra $180 after completing work for “use of escrow account” by his office manager. Mailed documents to the wrong address after receiving clear instructions. Mailed settlement check using snail mail with no tracking during the holidays. Hard to get ahold of. Became extremely rude once they were paid. Would not recommend

Although Mr. Hunter himself was very polite and helpful. His wife/secretary was extremely rude, continually rolled her eyes, and talked to me in a very demeaning way. I had given them a retainer, but ended up not needing their service. My consultation lasted less than 4 minutes, and consisted of me telling Mr. Hunter that I was having a custody hearing and was unsure of the date.
