When I called the first question asked was "are you a client?" Then "our services start with $250/ hr "consultation fee and $100 fee after." Staff who answered was unprofessional and rude. I just wanted to make an appt but all staff kept talking about is how much it would going to be.....,

I have worked with Steve Guy's office for several years on both my business and personal CPA needs. Wanda works directly with my financial planner and my bookkeeper to ensure everything is where it needs to be at the end of the year. Wanda is always responsive and even makes sure to reach out to me when I'm tardy getting her what she needs. They do a great job.
Very unprofessional employees (e.g, not calling when specified, not returning repeated phone calls and emails) and no response from owner when I reported this behavior.
