Feel the same as this customer. . Parts of the re-upholstery were acceptable, others completely unacceptable - like the “apprentice” or some other inept person had a hand in the job. Would I recommend or re-use - absolutely NOT - currently investigating having items recovered elsewhere as looking at them each day is depressing.Staples all showing and staple removed leaving a hole as in photo
Stephen, great job on the black leather recliner you recovered for Rachel, it took a few days for the leather to break in, however perfect after that.
Came in over a year ago for a job. Deposit paid however job was never completed due to stock level. Contacted couple of times to ask if I could get the deposit back, he said yes but never did. Now he blocked my number. Should be ashamed of yourself, Steve!
Steve did a fantastic job of upholstering my very old chaise lounge suite . It would have been over 100yrs old I wanted something bold and to make a statement . I am very happy with the result . A job well done from pick up to delivery home .
Work not up to the standard we expected. Poor quality work.
