Steve went above and beyond to help get us financing. We did not think we could get a VA loan because of past foreclosure with a previous VA loan. Steve took the time and effort, and he knew the regulations and was able to secure us another loan and opportunity with the VA home loan program. That literally saved us thousands on up front down payment, and thousands in PMI since VA does not require it. Thanks Steve for all your hard work!
