You sign your 30% ahead of time. Largely ignored for 6-7 years. Won’t return an email, or phone call. Doesn’t follow through on commitments. There is a ballot due, and this team can’t be bothered to respond as to why it hasn’t been received. If it’s so critical for quorum, maybe do the minimum effort instead of being less than nothing. What is the escalation path? Contact the Judge, or the Bar? Claim to care about victims, just another set of Ambulance chasers.
Requested a consultation and was contacted by a secretary who provided us with incorrect information. Asked for additional clarification on the information she provided us, and she disconnected the call after placing us on hold. At no point were we rude or argumentative, solely asking questions to make sure we understood the information that was being provided to us, which was contradictory to what the law states.
