I driven down from Kansas City for years to buy Hats but here recently this store is not the same. No customer service girl at counter can't even put in a feather. Outlet should be removed because there not any discounted hats. You guys are losing customer's cause the warehouse in back closed. The showroom is to damn small and the prices are not discounted properly. I miss Mary she was a great employee Everytime I go it's new employees lots of turnover.
