I am extremely unhappy with the service provided by sternberg team. Me and my husband purchased a property and none of the emails were copied to me and it’s a shame on them. Also they were very slow in communicating as we have to literally push for things to happen after each and every process. I would not recommend this firm to anyone. Better not to choose them even if ur estate agents asks you do so.
I had an extremely disappointing experience with sternberg Reed and regretting for choosing them through my agency. Communication was consistently poor — emails and phone calls often went unanswered for days or even weeks. They will leave your case with interns for an overall communication and I found myself having to chase updates repeatedly, which added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation. Have to constantly email then call to get a response which I don't find convenient or a great active response for a company
Dealt with Andrew Liddell to do our lease renewal and then to deal with property sale, nothing was to much trouble. He was speedy when replying to emails as well as returning calls.
